Circle F Dude Ranch is a high energy fun environment were college age professionals have the opportunity to make a positive impact on children. For 70 years we’ve brought together young people from all around the world to grow in our mission of Respect, Inspiration, Play, Positive Thinking, Leadership and Engagement. Using a hands-on learning approach in our 7 department areas of Climbing, Horseback Riding, Waterfront, Arts, Western Activities, General Sports and Extreme Sports our staff are a unique blend of individuals.

Staff Time Off
One 24 hour period off a week, four half day all-inclusive paid staff trips to local attractions through out the summer, plus some evenings, periods, and afternoons off as needed.
